Preparing graphic files
If you are preparing graphic files for us, here are a few tips:
- We accept both Mac and PC files with the extensions .ai, .eps
or
.cdr (version 11) for Vector (line art) images.
- Photographic images need to be in .psd or .jpg High Resolution
format
(600 ppi min. At ¼ scale). Please send files at Full Scale
whenever possible (300 ppi min.).
- Convert all fonts to curves or paths to eliminate the need to
send fonts.
- All colors that are to be matched must be specified by their
PMS colors or equivalent
Gerber or 3M vinyl colors.
- We recommend that you upload your file(s) to our provided ftp
site, please click link.

Reynolds FTP Site (Internet Explorer 7 users, please read the
notes below)

Internet Explorer 7 Users:
After clicking the ftp link, you will have to go to the Page menu
and select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer"
If this option is not available, you must first go to Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced and make sure the box that says "Enable
FTP folder view (outside of Internet Explorer) " is checked.
